Hey everyone, I recently got a mid 2010 mac pro from eBay but I can't get it to display any signal to the moniter

I have upgraded the specs to the following
- XFX RX580 GPU
- W3690 6 Core CPU
- 512 GB SSD
- 32 GB RAM

I'm using a 2012 Apple Cinema Display that works flawlessly with my MacBook pro, but the Mac Pro will not send signal to the display

The computer starts up and chimes like normal after a few seconds.

Things I've Tried
1. Creating a high sierra boot drive
2. Using COMMAND R to enter recovery mode doesn't work, when pressed, a beep sounds from the moniter which shows that it's getting audio signal but no Display signal
3. The SSD is brand new and Blank and the factory one is also blank
4. Tried all of these using the original oem apple gpu installed

My question is how do I get the Computer to send a display signal, and how do I install macos high sierra on to it when I can't see the display?

Thanks,
Danny

Send us a photo of the GPU power cable. It should look like this
( Dual mini 6pin to one x 8 pin cable ).
TWO mini 6 pin to ONE 8 pin GPU cable.jpg

I have 2 mini 6 pin to full size and then a 2 6 pin to 8 pin connector, but i know this card won't work until I update it, for now I'm running the oem gpu in order to install the os, but my problem is no signal from this card either

You are not seeing anything from your RX 580 8gb because there is no Apple operating system ( High Sierra or Mojave ) installed on your SSD to actually boot up from.

Do you have another recent Mac . . . eg: at least a 2011 or bette, a 2012 MacBook or a MacBook Pro ?
