TL;DR Bf ripped monitor off my MBP, used a temp aux monitor for 4 months until MBP crapped out; already went through trouble shooting; he says its a virus, my theory is overheating damage from monitor being ripped off/ AUX monitor [seeing as it rapidly drains battery power]. Perhaps SATA cable and/or HDD overheated? Grateful for feedback/suggestions and most importantly, Would you say that my issues are virus related?
EXTENDED VERSION:
Got a 2015 MacBook Pro 13" that's been just fine the past few years, outside of some issues w/ Apple Updates being patched; the usual bugs and stuff. About 4 months ago, my bf had a fit and ripped off the monitor. The hinges where the monitor used to be are bent af and there is some exposed wiring [attachments for the monitor].
Since then, I've been using my MBP with an auxiliary monitor. Just this week, it totally crapped out on me.
