iPhone No FaceID after iOS 13 on iPhone XR

HI.
I just update my iPhone XR to iOS 13.
FaceID was not working. So i did a reset of FaceID.
Now i tried to setup FaceID, but i do not see my face wihin the circle.
How can i fix this?

Same for my iPad Pro 11 inch. Although I can wait till the next beta for them to fix it. It isn’t a big deal for me.

just reflashed ios 13 with 3utools and facetime is now working.
there seems to be a bug via flashing with windows commandline tool.
