Since upgrading to Sequoia, the little green FaceTime icon in the menu bar has disappeared and I can no longer select any settings / camera options .

Previously on Sonoma I used to have this :

But now, whenever I open my webcam, for some reason, I just have access to audio only settings and can't do anything. (Same with either built-in or using iPhone continuity camera). I only get this:

I tried to reboot, changed apps (FaceTime, Zoom, Teams, browser exts..) Same result.

Anyone else encountering the same issue? I'm on a 2020 Intel MBP

I got same issues.:(
on 2018 Mac mini, and Sequoia 15.2.

[update]
I try Sequoia 15.2.3, after update It's correct.
