WOW its 2018 and literally disappointing that Apple is such a money hungry company that there is no fast charging capability out of the box at these insane prices and their low light camera still sucks compared to Samsung. Still no Charging pad either...just WOW....

The best part of the announcement was the watch!

Pay for it if you want it.
Apple wants to keep prices as low as possible for its customers without driving up prices with extras they won't use.

o_O Do you truly believe what you just wrote there? Apple wants to make prices as high as possible while giving as little as they can get away with. That is how they make so much more profit per device compared to other manufacturers.

Apple are not there to make it cheap. Higher prices gets more profit for the shareholders. Then all the lovely add ons come at a massively over inflated prices. I think I will be moving camp after watching this poor launch. I bought a Macbook Pro last year and realised I had been blinkered by Apples clever sales pitches as it was not worth the hefty price. Always paid over the odds for Apple stuff Ipad,Mac Mini,iMac but didn't mind in the past but to me they have now lost their sparkle.

It’s disappointing that the worlds richest company can’t include a 15W charger when my Nexus 5X from three years back did. And that was a sub $500 phone. I’m going to buy a USB-C to lightning cable (which should not be as expensive as Apple is selling it) and use my 15W USB-C charger from my Nexus.

And the headphone adapter now has to be bought separately. And they went creative with exchange rates here in Sweden so it’s going to hurt to press that pre-order button in a month...
