For what I have read in the Classic Features Guide, it seems there is no way to display the album artwork at full screen... is that true?? If it's true, that's for me a step backward :( (at least we still can see lyrics for the songs...)

Same for the new nano...oh well it doesnt bother me because the new UI is awesome!

you mean hitting the Center button a few times doesn't bring you to your album art?

maybe they assume that with Cover Flow and the new Now Playing UI that you're getting enough art already.

I agree that it is a shame, especially for iPod Hi-Fi usage, but it doesn't bother me too much as the album art on the new 'Now Playing' screen is much bigger than the old ones anyway.

Yeah they fit so much on the new "Now Playing" screen without making it feel cramped it doesn't bother me much that I can't make the album art bigger.

ugh i can't wait to see one of these things in person!

Prepare for disappointment. I looked at a 80 gig classic at Circuit City the other day and the thing runs really SLOW. Punch a button, and the next menu might take 4 or 5 seconds to load. Hopefully they release a firmware fix for it. The UI is cooler, the storage is much larger, and the footprint is slightly smaller than the previous gen iPods. And it's a great value deal for the amount of storage, but they definitely should try to fix the speed issues.

I think they've got a nice blend, but a fullscreen option would have been welcome :)
