No "+" in the Calender App

I just noticed that I dont have the "+" in the Calender App.

Its not like my 4S is jailbroken, I havent made any changes to the OS. I cant even add appointments with Siri.

Any thoughts? Should I just do a restore?

nm... I figured it out.

I had to have the Calender app turned on in iCloud.
