No internet connection after upgrading to 11.1

Hi,

I've just upgraded to 11.1 on my MacBook Pro and all the connection to the Internet is gone. It connects to the wifi just like always, but my apps don't see the Internet.
I tried to turn off/on wifi on my MacBook, my router and nothing helps. Trying to forget and reconnect to my wifi doesn't help either.
Do you have any ideas, what can be wrong?
I have also booted my Mac with a recovery partition and Safari works there normally.

So I tried to restore the Mac as new and it worked till I booted up the Mac today again.
looks like my Mac can‘t get an IP6 address.
How to solve it?

Windscribe VPN is guilty here. After removing it, internet connection is back.
