default first question (always): have you tried rebooting?
try going to system preferences>network; under Location, create a NEW location, with your network & password. see if that helps.
there's always resetting the smc, the nvram if (google how to do this for your particular mac).

Are you using Little Snitch (Beta)?
Had similar issue, connected to wifi with no internet.
made a recovery, same issue.
Stopped Little Snitch (Beta) and restarted it. At this time Little Snitch finished an install and asked for some permissions.
Internet worked like a charm after that.
Now 2 days and no issue at all with internet.
