No iOS 15.7 on the IPSW site

I wanted to downgrade my 13 Pro to 15.7 due to the battery issue in 16, but when I went to the IPSW site, the only signed IPSW was 16. 15.7 wasn't there and 15.6 and below were all unsigned. So now what?

Im on 14.4.1 on my 12 mini. 15.7 is not signing anymore. Can i update to 15.7 with this ipsw from the link you've posted? Is it worth it , because i dont like IOS 16

You should still be able to update iOS 15.7 either OTA or IPSW. You can use that link I provided to download the IPSW for your 12 mini.

Battery is solid. Same as most of the recent iOS 15 updates. Likely marginally better than iOS 16 but that's likely due to the widgets iOS 16 has.

Yes, with itunes, dfu mode and restore IPSW. Yesterday i upgraded to 15.7.1 OTA.

How was iOS 14 btw? I can’t seem to find any YouTube video like “Using ios 14 in 2022” or something like that. Like did you start to lose any notable app support and could you just use outdated apps if they did lose support like you used to be able to way back in the days of jailbreaking. Just curious I can’t believe there isn’t any YouTubers covering this.

Oh and btw I downgraded to iOS 15.7 cuz of battery drain glitch on my moms iPhone 8 and my phone had a weird iMessage glitch where it would just randomly delete everything in the text box or replace it with previously deleted stuff in the text box when I switched to a different app and came back. I have a iPhone 12 mini aswell btw.

I am referring to 15.7.1. That’s where I was having these issues. Can’t speak for 16 haven’t tried it.

I wanted to downgrade my iPad because I ugraded to iOS 16 and it is sucking the battery dry. However, even though ReiBoot sees the ipad as gen 5 and I downloaded the IPSW for gen 5, ReiBoot says I have the wrong IPSW. Is there another source for IPSW files?

15.7 is no longer being signed so you aren't going to be able to install it.

That is just ********. 16 is killing my battery and I have no recourse.
