Can you find it by swiping to the right and using Spotlight? If not, consider going to Settings->General->Restrictions and see whether iTunes is allowed or not. You will need to enter a passcode to access Restrictions if they have been enabled. If restrictions are off, and you did not jailbreak the phone you may need to restore at this point.
