No iTunes Library

I am using the gold master of El Capitan and iTunes 12.3. When I go to my apple tv no content was found for my iTunes library (no music or movies) even though home sharing is ON and I previously accessed the library from apple tv just fine. I also turned sharing on in iTunes Preferences.

Moreover, in iTunes itself, the only movies that are visible and accessible are purchases and these are in the cloud. Movies from my hard drive used to be, but are no longer visible nor accessible in iTunes itself.

Could you try to locate those local files and add them back to current iTunes library?
