No Mail app in sharing menu (extensions)

Since upgrading to El Capitan, I can no longer send emails from Photos or from scanning. The "sharing menu" no longer contains Apple Mail. Yes, this is the only mail client I have installed on my Mac and it is the default.

I have no idea how to get it back. I have deleted preferences and run updates and repaired my drive.

Any ideas?

Yes I did, but the path wasn't found. Sure enough, there is no such folder "Frameworks" in "Library".

I don't think you entered the command correctly. You should ensure that you select the whole command before copying it.
