Is anyone able to get MMS working on a non-iPhone plan? I'll try to send one and get the ! next to the picture. When I receive one, it directs me to a website like before the carrier update. Any advice?

So you have a data plan other then the one for the iphone? You would have to call AT&T.

Non iPhone plan.

Yes, I have MMS on a non iPhone data and txt plan. I'm was using my iPhone 3G on a 450 Min. phone plan with 200 bonus Min. for $31 and unlimited txt for $20 and Media net unlimited internet for $15. But recently had remove the data plan.

I recently received a txt from ATT asking me to call them (yeah righ) before sep 14 to add the necessary ($30) data plan required for the iPhone. Well on the 15th my data stopped working, so I removed the data package from my bill. As of the 15th every time I try to use safari, email, or anything that uses the internet without wifi I get a message "Could not activate cellular data network you are not subscribed to a cellular data service". I suppose ATT has blocked my iPhone from using their data network (oh well no obscene charges for data). At least the wifi still works. I suppose I'll need to put the sim back on my old phone and call them to get my data turned back on...
