Hi, everyone!

I'm at a loss here, I wanted to make an appointment with a Genius to check whether my iPhone 6s is affected by the shutdown-problems, but it seems I'm unable to make an appointment using the Apple Store app.

That used to be fairly easy, but the only way to go seems to be to show details for the preferred store, then click help and be redirected to the Apple support website. Which is a pain in the ... on a mobile device.

Am I missing something?
Best regards,
VSG

Thanks!

So much for "unparalleled customer service". :(
