So, I know that AirPlay video mirroring was, from its announcement as an iOS 5.0 feature at WWDC '11, always an iPad 2 feature, but wasn't the slew of multitasking gestures for the iPad originally for both the iPad 1 and the iPad 2 and not just the iPad 2 like Apple's iOS 5 page NOW reflects? I was quite disappointed to find that my iPad 1 was lacking these features and that Apple's page reflects these features as being iPad 2 only as though it was the case all along. Does anyone have any insight as to what gives here? I'm fine being withheld a feature that I was never promised for my older iPad, but to have been promised it on the site only to have them pull it at the last minute seems like there has to be more to it.
