no music showing on phone

Since updating yesterday, when I go into music on my phone a generic screen pops up saying "don't miss a beat !" ect ect, I can find no way to access my music.
All my music shows up in itunes, tried syncing no joy, this has never happened before anyone know how I can access my music like I have done 100's of times before until today ?

Have you just updated to iOS 9? Are you looking at an Apple Music welcome screen?

Yeah, latest update its been nagging me for weeks and I finally updated it.

Does look like a welcome screen, if it is haven't found a way to get out of it. At the top are account options and search, bottom my music, playlists,radio and connect. How to access my music I do not know.
