iPhone No news app in the UK

i updates to iOS 9 GM on my 6 plus, and I don't get the news app

Is this USA only??

Was just about to post the same thing. Hopefully might be activated come official release.
Quite bazaar seeing as there are UK publishers available in the News app.

Not that I know of... There is half a second of lag between pressing an app or home button though, other than that its fine for me. And looks like News app is coming with 9.1
