No noticication from sms on iphone

Hello in the group and thanks for the membership.
I have a brand new 13 pro max,
I have problems with notifications when the screen is locked and the phone "sleeps" all other notifications appear such as nemid etc. - All settings are checked also in cooperation with Appel and the phone is restarted from scratch. Is there anyone here who can recognize this ??
it is from SMS that no sound comes and it does not wake up the screen

Do you have Focus or Sleep settings enabled?

No all is off so everything should be working
But it are not working

When you restored your phone, did you set up as new or restored from back-up?

Yes but we made a factory restore by imac so ewery thing was new. All other was from a backup from iphone 12 with every thing working
