iPhone 14 Pro Max No Notification Sound on AOD

Is anyone else getting no sound when a notification comes in when the phone is locked on the AOD? I have the ringer switch set to ring but no sound when a notification badge comes in. If I’m using the phone and a badge comes in it will make a sound but not if locked. Bug?
