iPhone No notifications on lock screen

Hi,
I upgraded my JB factory unlocked IP4 to 6.1 and JB with Evasi0n without any issues. I've downloaded my Cydia tweaks/apps individually also without issues. However, I now don't get any notifications showing on the lock screen.

It is enabled under notifications in settings. I do hear a sound but nothing is on my lockscreen.

I do have winterboard as one of my downloads and the only theme active there is HTCAnimatedLockscreen. After disabling that theme, alerts now show but now I have no weather on the lockscreen.

So my questions are:
1) anyone else with lack of notifications on lockscreen and why?
2) Is it that HTCAnimatedLockscreen is not compatible with ios6.1 or is it all themes via winterboard?
3) Is there any other way to get weather on the lockscreen....even if it's without the animation (but preferably with animation)

There are *lots* of threads about this. To shorten it, it's bugged, and we're awaiting a fix from Winterboard.

So in short, you don't know if any other way to get weather on the lockscreen without Winterboard.

You can get weather on the lock screen with several tweaks. LockInfo 5 and Intelliscreen X for starters.
