No one most likely knows how but have to ask anyway how to block all calls on Android Samsung phones except numbers that are in your contact list ?

Basically make all calls that are not in your contact list go to VM.

I already used google. Could not find that even then that is not exactly what I want but I guess it works.

This seems easier however go to VM is carrier dependent not Android so YMMV for VM
