No option for Individual Subscription in Apple Music

I just noticed I am unable to switch on the Individual subscription within the Apple Music Membership feature; I only get an option to "Upgrade to a Family Membership".

Any ideas ?

Individual is default.

I see , but subscription was turned off completely whilst I trial AM , I guess iOS 9 put paid to that

So basically if I decide to opt out completely I can't at present!
