No option for messages in the Cloud

Hello all
I have upgraded to iOS 11 (actually now on first iOS 1.1 beta) and I don't seem to find the messages in the cloud option
the same goes for messages in the cloud for the macOS High Sierra, option in messages preferences doesn't exists

any help please?

they announced that the release of Messages in iCloud was delayed.
there were reports of being included in iOS 11.1 but it didn't seem to be added in.
