Other No option for PayPal credit for iPhone 12

Planning on pre-ordering the 12 pro but can’t see an option for PayPal finance. I have been declined for Barclays cause I have a fraud marker on my account that I took out with Cifas when someone stole my details, so they won’t loan me. But do have a PayPal credit account open I am assuming if I can pay in full option tomorrow it should hopefully have an option to pay with PayPal? Thanks
