No option to push mail

Anyone encountering a problem with setting your mail to push rather than fetch?

I've gone into the Settings > Mail > Fetch new data > Turned push on.

But if you go to Advanced, the mail options are only fetch or manual. iCloud mail is the only thing which can be pushed it seems.

Depends on the mail service provider. Not all support push.
