"No output devices found" on my MacBook

Hi, I have searched for help from other similar threads and Apple's support site, but nothing is working.

I have reset my PRAM, repaired my disk permissions, but nothing is seeming to work.

My MacBook will refuse to recognize my internal speakers, as well as any external. It also refuses to recognize any input device.
