Anyone else having problems with the App store? Since the last Mojave update to 10.14.3 I have a few updates stalled in App store - Airmail 3, and Microsoft Office apps. They show as needing updates but nothing is downloading. When I look in my Account under "Purchased" it says "No purchases. When you buy or download apps, they will appear here." although I have purchased many apps over time.

No purchases in App store after Update

Purchased apps are showing for me under my account ID fine with 10.14.3. Have you changed Apple Ids?. Maybe try installing the Combo Update to see if that fixes the problem.
I tried the Combo update - no effect. But then I ran Onyx in Maintenance mode and restarted and the list of my purchases came back, Airmail updated, but there is still an issue with Office.
