No Quad Band GSM?

Hi noticed on the FCC filing that the iPad 3G was listed "GSM 850 / 1900." Those are generally used in North America. Does that mean that European iPads will have different GSM bands? This might limit the possibility of taking them internationally...

Yes, it's quad-band GSM and tri-band UMTS.

The FCC tests the bands that will be used here.

iPad has GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 and HSPA 850, 1900, 2100.
