So I just performed a clean install of Yosemite and now the recovery environment is no longer one of the boot options. How can I get it back. I just did a clean install and I do not feel like having to redo my whole computer.

No recovery partition after Yosemite install

That loads the internet recovery. It basically has to download the recovery partition every time if you do it that way. I want the actual recovery partition that is there all the time even if you don't have internet access.
The installer probably made a core storage logical volume which prevents the recovery partition from showing up in the startup manager.
You can revert it to get partitions back to normal by running these 2 commands in terminal.
diskutil cs list
and then
diskutil coreStorage revert lvUUID
where lvUUID is the last lvUUID reported by the previous Terminal command.
Then restart for everything to get back to normal after you have run these commands in Terminal.
