Just checked to see if the refurb 11 MBA was still available and it says there are no refurbs of any apple product. Surely this means new machines are imminent!

No, as refurbs are even sold, when the newer models come out.
Meaning if the 2011 version of the MBA is released, there will be still 2010 MBAs in the refurb store.

It just means, that all listed refurbs have been sold, and there are currently none listed. The refurb site will updated again.

Btw, the US Apple Online Store has 11" MBAs and 13" MBAs listed as of 00:42 CET.

And again btw, the UK Refurb Store does not have any Macs currently in stock, but that doesn't mean, that all Macs will be updated soon.

Just hoping I guess. Just strange that no refurbs for any type of mac all disappear in one go.

My post above makes sense! In the UK every single refurb product of MBA iMac, all types of apple machine have gone. Strange that they would all sell out on the same day. Just saying.

It's because I bought all the 11" MBA I could get, and put in OWC SSD's:D
Be patient Grasshopper, once the new ones are released, everything in the :apple:Stores will be shipped back and listed as a refurb, THEN ,you will have about 3-4 weeks to get the last gen at $100-$150 less than now.
Just don't buy any 11" MBA's, they are for me:D

It surely does, but it's not clear what exactly it means. :)
The refurbs are gone on all the european stores as well.
Obviously apple is updating smth.,hopefully reducing the prices with €/$ rate heading towards 1.50 in the next two weeks. :)

Ha, I'm tired and really shouldn't be staying awake for my hopes to be dashed at 1am by a lion no show!
