iPhone No repeat text alerts/ any alerts since iOS 13

Hi Everyone

I am having an issue where I have multi notifications set for text messages and some other notificatons, but since iOS 13 the repeats are not working. I have set the repeats to zero, rebooted, set it to twice and rebooted ETC. But They still will not send more than one notification. Anyone else having this issue? Or anyone know how to resolve this.

Same issue here. I just updated to 13.1.2, but it's still not working.

Recently released iOS 13.2 supposedly addresses the issue with the repeat message notifications option.
