Did you check the Trackpad system preference to see if "Secondary Click" is enabled? The two finger right click works the same for me in 10.10.4 as it always has.

I've got the same exact problem. Were you able to resolve it or does anyone else have any suggestions on what to do? it's pretty annoying.

Yes
Reset the System prefs to different values.
Use those for a minute or two.
Then reset the prefs to the way you want.
Sometimes prefs files get corrupted in a way that lies to you, and forcing a re-write fixes things.

Strangely enough it is all working normally now! I have upgraded to build 14E36b but is normalised before that so who knows!
