I updated my SE and my wife's 6 and the phones don't ring. Checked the mute and silence settings with nothing on. Probably something stupid simple but it escaping me.

Have you checked Do Not Disturb settings? Have you tried restarting the phones?
What exactly happens when a call comes in?
Checked do not disturb. Check control center where nothing is turned on. Only happening on the 6 now. Tried a restart. When calling the SE from the 6, SE does not ring but shows who is calling. When I call the SE from land line it will ring. If I call the 6 from land line it will not ring but shows who is calling. Crazy
