No screen input in open applications

I have a 1.1.3 jailbroken iPhone and everything was working until I read about summerboard now working with a fix from bigboss. So I installed the fix rebooted and now whenever I have an application open the phone does not accept any screen input the home button and the sleep button still function but it ignores anything I do with the screen...This includeds even dock 2.0 at the home screen. All input works on the home screen I can open applications move icons around but any open application ignores screen input. Also when I do hit the sleep button it does not go totally asleep it just goes to the lock screen and really dims the screen. I am really stumped on this one any help would be greatly appreciated.
