No screen shot issue using 10.10.5 beta

I'm using 10.10.5 beta now and unable to use the screen shot method by using Command/Shift/4 or 3. Anyone else having this issue ? Reported same to Apple.

No issue here, cMP 2009 10.10.5 beta.

Check in the Keyboard System Preference to see if the Screen Shot key commands are disabled or changed.
