So I upgraded my Mother In Laws iPhone 6 (AT&T) to the latest iOS and now her phone is showing no service. My iPhone 6 didn't gave any problems.

I've rebooted, reset network settings, toggled airplane mode with no luck.

Any one know how to resolve this?

Thanks!!

Sim card fix

Looks like a new SIM card from AT&T corrected the issue.

Weird.

Remove the sim and wipe it with a soft cloth.

I assume theirs no network issues in your area.

Try the SIM card in another phone to see if it connects to the network as a process of elimination.

If it connects ok then restore the iPhone once again and if no joy it may be a coincidence and needs a diagnosis run by the Genius Bar. Make an appointment first.
