Please I want to know why my iPhone could not get out the info appple introduced in their iOS 15.2 under the about section
 
Have you had service done ot it? It doesn’t show up unless something has been changed.

I have not service the phone before but o got the phone in the used market with a service battery degraded Status with no battery health percentage
