Hi,

All of a sudden my iPhone 3G is not getting service in my dorm room. Now because the walls are cement and thick, I would normally not be surprised, but because I used to always get service (all "bars") on 3G and don't anymore, I'm outright confused! I didn't update the software (I did to 2.2.1 earlier in the week, but no differences in reception) or change anything since that point, nor did I drop it or physically damage it. I've had the phone for just over a month now, and so it will technically be under warranty, but I was wondering if there could be something else causing it? I tried a full-blown reset, a network reset, ect.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Well that works, so apparently it's an issue with AT&T's 3G network ... great.
