iPhone No SHSH Blob and want to jailbreak and downgrade from 6.1.3

Hi All,

I am new to all jailbreak, blobls and downgrade. I have iphone 4 not jailbreak. I was using this phone fine and last week i got the ios update notification and upgraded to 6.1.3 now since then i am getting no service on my phone but 3g is working fine but sms and calls. I took it to apple store and after everything and all restore they also didnt fix the problem and in the end told me its a hardware failure and all they can do is to replace phone. I am out of warranty and they are asking me to pay £120.

Now i am looking to downgrade my phone or even jailbreak also but reading everywhere that i need old shsh blob for earlier ios. Now can someone help how i can get these shsh blobs and downgrade my phone.

If you don't have the blobs, you cannot downgrade and you cannot get them.

there is no way to downgrade without shsh blobs and there is no workaround this

however, you can get a tethered jailbreak on ios 6.1.3 using redsn0w
