No Signal from Apple TV

I recently disconnected my Apple TV when my room was repainted. When I tried to set it up afterwards it no longer works. The front light on the Apple TV illuminates and the TV shows that there is a device connected to the HDMI 2 port. However, I get a "No Signal" message from the the TV. Any idea why this is happening? Is it a wireless network issue? Is it the Apple TV hardware?

Try to do a hard reset while still connected to the tv, I believe is Menu+Center button (Google it to make sure)

Hard reset is menu and down, hold them until the light flashes really fast.
