I have an IPhone 6. I've tried everything. The only thing that worked was dropbox but now dropbox updated and removed the option to save the mp4 videos. I'm just trying to post videos to Instagram, but there is no simple way. You can't do it with 3rd party software on pc, you can't do it through iTunes unless you then use 3rd party app to convert the video to camera roll but they all have watermarks. You can't save from browsers either.

I don't understand why this is so complicated. On Androids you just drag and drop any type of file to any folder. This is the only apple product I've ever bought but now I regret it. I thought it was supposed to be simpler than any other type of phone?

Yeah it's stupid. My photos are stored on one drive so I just download from there onto my phone.

You can use iCloud Drive or iCloud Photo Library. Assuming you have the iCloud 'suite' installed on you PC. It's has simple as dragging the file in those folders.
You can also upload the video in Photos or iCloud Drive at iCloud.com.

There are many ways I know of getting that video on your iOS device.
