I successfully installed XP on my MBP, then ran the OS X Install Disc and installed Boot Camp drivers, yet my Volume Function buttons do not work, and games and XP pick up no sound card at all. I Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Boot Camp app, but no luck. Any ideas?

Open Control Panel, System. Take a look at the hardware tree for hardware devices. See if your sound card has an error associated with it. (an exclamation ! or other remark)

The sound card drivers on the Leopard disk should have installed and worked to enable the sound chip in Windows. If the sound card shows up in the device tree as installed and working normally, it means that you have the sound shut off from somewhere.

Regards.
