No sound notifications for texts or whatsapp on iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 15.5

Hello,
As the title said for some time I don't get the sound notifications on my iphone 11 pro from imessage or whatsapp. The calls are just fine, and the spark app is just fine.

At first I tought I didn't notice the notifications, but when I started testing it was sure the iPhone and these specific apps (the ones I tried).

Tried everything I could think of, except maybe reset the whole phone..

One thing that is weird, if I turn off the apple watch, all notifications are fine on the iPhone, but as soon as I start the apple watch - all are silent. I tried to swich mirror iPhone > no effect.

Any ideas?

Thank you all!
I spent an hour on the phone with apple support, and all the things they suggested to do, I've did it already.
The only thing I did with them on the phone, was reinstall whatsapp app. This helped a little, as in now I get notifications, but now all. They said - it's something from the developer, and they cannot fix that (true that), but I doesn't explain the imessage notifications..
Oh well, at least I get some of the notifications now, and wait for an update from meta and/or apple.
