No Spatial Audio Support when using Safari Monterey

If I go to Netflix or HBO Max using Safari, spatial audio toggle is there but when selecting it, it automatically goes to spatial stereo. Is there actual Spatial Audio support for non Apple streaming platforms using Safari yet? Or is this a Monterey update that needs to be made to support Spatial Audio using Safari?
