iPhone No Update/Recover Guard on 6.1

I'm interested in installing robust update preventers so that the devices I am now updating can be locked down and not updated. I can't find Recovery Guard in Cydia—is it gone? Is there a better alternative? I'd ideally like the phone not to find the updates, and for iTunes to report the phone as fully updated when plugged in.

No Update is available...not sure if it work with iOS 6 though. When that's confirmed, I'll probably grab that.

I have no idea if it works yet as there hasnt been an update but it hasnt crashed my phone so I think thats a plus.
