iPad mini No video out on iPad Mini 7

I had an iPad Mini 6 and could connect it to my TV via a HDMI adapter, however the new iPad Mini 7 doesn’t connect.

Can someone else please verify this themself.

Just tested my Mini 7 to an older Sony A9S and works perfectly here. Used a Cable Matters HDMI adapter to a generic amazon something cable, if that helps.
