As the title says, I am not getting any Visual Voicemail transcriptions on my Pro 13 running iOS 15.3 and T-Mo carrier version 49.0. I've run through most of the fixes I found online but nothing works (restart the phone; reset the network settings; turn off WiFi; turn Airplane on and then off).

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would call T-Mobile. Visual VM is a feature that is enabled at the carrier level. Maybe they can do something on their end. I remember years ago, having this issue with ATT and they were able to change something on their end which solved it.

Thought I would update this thread with the fix I found. I had Siri set to English (British) to use one of the British voices (I love a great British accent!!). I found someone who suggested switching Siri to English (American) and one of the American voices. Lo and behold, it worked! Instantly. I tried almost every suggestion on line...Airplane Mode, Reset Network Settings, etc. Nothing worked. Only changing Siri back to the good Ol' USA worked. Here are the steps in case anyone has this issue:

Go to Settings > Siri & Search.
Scroll down to the Ask Siri section.
Tap Language and set it to English (United States).
Tap Siri Voice and set it to American.

When my wife was having issues about a year ago, it was because she needed a new SIM card from Verizon. She had just been moving her SIM card for years, and eventually Verizon decided it was too old to support.

Thanks. My SIM card was brand new with the iPhone 13. The Siri steps above fixed it for me.
