No voice response from Siri

Not sure what is happening. But for some reason Siri no longer speaks. It only gives text responses.

iPhone 15 Pro iOS 17.0.3
 
Go to Settings -> Siri and Search -> Siri Responses and change the setting to Prefer Spoken Responses.
