so i bought the leather band in brown at the Apple Store last November.

I noticed that the band doesnt really connect to the watch anymore like theres no "click" sound and it slips right through.

just called apple and the tech supervisor is like there isnt a free exchange for bands usually so now they want me to send pictures to see if they pay for it or not like whaaaat?
 
Apple has a 1 year warranty on all accessories (except third party). You can't technically just exchange it for a different band, but you should be able to get it replaced for free, as its under warranty. DO NOT pay for this

Edit: This is a common problem.
